1. Return Eligibility
– Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
– Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Refunds
– Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If immediate replacement is required, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return, and a full refund, exchange, or repair at no cost to you.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal
